How it Works!
HERE'S THE SCOOP ON WORKING WITH A FACE PAINTER, HENNA ARTIST, BALLOON TWISTER, AND MORE...
1. CONNECT WITH US EARLY
We cannot guarantee days or times to be available, it is very important to connect with us earlier than later. During our prime months (April thru October), we book up very quickly.
For private appointments on Halloween, we encourage you to reserve your spot early!
2. BOOK YOUR EVENT
Using our booking form, fill out all of your details. Be specific! Our talented artists know many designs and can customize a special design for your event or corporation.
Customizations and theme preparation must be given to the Artist at least 2 weeks prior to event. Anything booked after, Artist may not be able to prepare for theme.
3. REVIEW INVOICE & CONTRACT
After we have received your information and we will send you an invoice and contract to review and sign. Once your 50% retainer is paid, your date and time will be reserved.
Retainers must be paid within 24 hours of when the invoice is sent.
4. CONFIRMATION
We will send out a confirmation notice 48 hours prior to the event. Please let the artist know if any changes have been made to the event, we will do our best to accomodate.
5. EVENT DAY!!
Hooray!!! Event day is here! Our artists typically arrive between 15 - 30 minutes before event start time (some services may require more set up time). When they arrive please show the artist to their set up location. Make sure the spot is prepared for them to arrive with any requests that were made (such as table, chairs, electricity available, etc.).
Artist will set up and be ready to start by event start time, no more than 5 minutes early. Artist will collect the remainder of the payment before party start time. We collect in advance to ensure that we do not disrupt your party and to ensure that the Artist can leave on time to get to their next event!!
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ARE READY TO GO?
Guest of Honor always goes first! We ask that people form a line after that, and it is a first come first serve basis for any service. If you require a certain line management system please provide a volunteer to manage that or we can provide one for an additional fee. Our artists prepare a list of designs suited for the amount of people attending the event. Guests will be asked what design they choose and the artist takes it from there.
NOTES FROM A FACE PAINTER:
We are hired based on time, if you know you have guests who always show up late, please request a later time when more guests are available to receive the services. When we are faced with servicing the majority guests towards the end, we have to adapt what we do and not everyone gets the same quality of work. We want to ensure all guests have wonderful experience!
